Although emails are a great way to stay in touch with our valued customers, we provide an “Email Opt Out” option during the check-out process. For those who wish to stay in touch with us, we promise never to send more than one(1) email per month, and only for the purposes of informing you about new products, promotions, or other vendor related communications. Recipient information is never added to our email list.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Completed?
When it comes to putting you at ease, we are over communicators. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive both an on-screen verification and confirmation number, as well as an email stating the same.
Where Is My Order?
When your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

Do We Guarantee Products Sold Through Mother Ramsay’s?
Our vendor partners are thoroughly screened and represent the very best in their particular fields. As a result, Mother Ramsay’s and her vendor partners are equally committed to product quality, freshness, and speed of service. We have a standing agreement that the customer’s satisfaction must be 100% or the product will be replaced or a refund issued. What If Items Are Delayed During Shipping?
Mother Ramsay’s and her vendor partners cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances outside of their control, such as carrier issues or weather. All products are packaged to travel well, so slight delays should not create quality issues.
What If I Enter The Wrong Shipping Address?
Yikes! Don’t do that. But if it happens and you realize it right away, call us and it would be our pleasure to correct it for you. If the item has left the building and in the hands of the carrier, they will charge us to make a correction and that charge is passed to you. So double check those addresses y’all.
